Just getting up, standing and walking for some can be a struggle, no wonder we tend to postpone our fitness. Daily life can be a struggle juggling with back-pain, aching joints, weak knees, and wobbly ankles, (let alone house work, the shopping, errands and other stresses.)
Training our bodies to the correct alignment will help improve balance and co-ordination. While maintaining the proper posture enables us to cope and avoid a potential injury, we can often transform it into an educational and relaxing experience.
